Oui is a Munich-based family business with a story rooted in passion, craftsmanship, and a deep love of dressing women beautifully. It all began in the early 1950s when Paula and Mendel Gottesdiener founded a children's clothing label in Munich. When their son Nathan took the brand into women's fashion in the 1960s, it proved to be a defining moment — and the Oui woman has been at the heart of everything they do ever since. Since 1998, the brand has been led by the third generation of the family, Daniel Gottesdiener.
Knitwear is deeply rooted in Oui's DNA — it is their origin, their passion, and their future. From that foundation, the brand has grown into a full womenswear collection spanning tops, dresses, trousers, blouses, jackets, and accessories — all designed and developed in-house in Munich, with product development, prototype manufacturing, sales, and marketing all under one roof.
