When you shop online with Robert A Couture Ltd, we want you to enjoy the same quality customer service that our in-store customers have come to expect, and it is important to us that your shopping experience is easy and enjoyable.

Postage Strike - We ship Via Purolator or UPS

Free Shipping on Orders over $299.00 in Canada. (before taxes)

Please note we do not ship outside of Canada at this time. 

We have IN-STORE PICKUP; please see option at checkout!

  • Standard Shipping within Canada includes tracking (2 - 14 Business Days) - $18.00 
  • Free Shipping on purchases over $299 before taxes

** Please note: Orders placed during business hours, Tuesday to Thursday, will be shipped out within 24-48 hours. Any orders placed on the weekend, Friday to Monday, will be shipped out the following business days.


SHIPPING POLICY:

We DO NOT take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages. We will do our best to help locate any lost packages, but the risk is that of the shipper, not Robert A Couture Ltd.

Delivery times are only estimates. Delays can often occur if the package delivery falls during a holiday. We do not assume any responsibility for delivery times.

All items purchased from Robert A Couture are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss for all shipments is passed to the purchaser upon our delivery. All packages come with up to $100 insurance, and Canada Post/UPS always does their best to locate any lost shipments. Lost shipments are very rare.
